What if you have trouble with your product? Contact us immediately! Most of the time, the issue is the pillow needs to be adjusted and customized to fit the person sleeping on it!  The Right Pillow doesn't expect YOU to adjust to the pillow, we expect the PILLOW to adjust to YOU!  That's why it's customizable- because sleep is personal.

The Right Pillow accepts PILLOW ONLY returns within a 99 day period from date of purchase. Customer must email The Right Pillow to notify and discuss returns.
To return your PILLOW product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 32692, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33420.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item plus 25% of the retail price as a "restocking fee". Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
