Care & Customization

The Right Pillow provides custom support to sleep soundly on your back, side or stomach.

With proper care, The Right Pillow will last for years!

Customization

1. Test it out on your bed. Lay on The Right Pillow. Where do you need more or less support?

2. Place a towel under your pillow to catch any woolies or crumbles that fall out.

3. If necessary, unzip the side zipper and reposition the fill for the loft and support where you need it. Re-zip!

4. Place any extra woolies or crumbles in a bag for safe keeping. As you sleep on your pillow, you may realize that you want more support and will be able to use that extra fill.

Side Zipper:

The side zipper allows you to be the judge of how much or little fill you want in your pillow, for contouring and cradling your neck and head. This also allows you to move the fill around should it relocate within the case over time.

Care & Washing Instructions

Dreamer- Wool Bolus Fill:

To “re-fluff”: Remove the pillowcase. Wool filled pillows naturally compress 30-40% over the first few months of use. To re-fluff the wool pillow, place it in a dryer with two tennis or dryer balls. Set the dryer on “air only” setting and let it spin for about 10 minutes.

To "clean": Remove the pillowcase. Set The Right Pillow outside in natural sunlight on a dry day for 30-40 minutes per side. Wool is an active fiber that absorbs moisture from your body. Sunning your pillow outside will draw out the moisture and restore the loft of your pillow. It is recommended to place your pillow in the sun 3-4 times a year.

To “wash”: It is only recommended to wash your pillow if there is a stain that you cannot gently remove by hand with warm water and a soft cloth. Remove the pillowcase. Safety pin the zipper to the cotton cover, to keep it closed. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle with a dye and fragrance free laundry soap. Tumble dry on “air only” or naturally air dry. It is NOT recommended to use heat when drying the wool pillow as this will change the texture of the wool. If needed, carefully unzip your pillow and reshape to match your preferred firmness and loft height. Use caution if opening zipper, as the woolies are messy when loose!

Serenity- Shredded Latex Fill:

To "clean": Remove the pillowcase. Set The Right Pillow outside in natural sunlight on a dry day for 30-40 minutes per side. Latex is an active fiber that can absorb moisture from your body. Sunning your pillow outside will draw out the moisture and refresh the latex.

Machine wash warm, gentle cycle with a dye and fragrance free laundry soap. Tumble dry medium heat.

Unpin and rearrange the latex crumbles to your desired shape & contour. If needed, carefully unzip your pillow and reshape. Use caution if opening zipper, as latex crumbles are messy when loose!
